a) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
b) Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
c) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
d) Due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges allowed for intimates
e) Change of size:
Please email us the size which you will like to exchange for and mail the item back. The exchange will only be done once the returned item has been received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
